To improve the basic environment for data governance, the Digital Industry Administration of the Ministry of Digital Development supported the Institute for Information Industry (III) in collaborating across teams and acting as a third-party consultant. Leveraging its past research capabilities in blockchain technology, the III partnered with a leading domestic IaaS service provider to jointly build a data trust infrastructure service. The III also provided specific procurement guidelines for the industry and held the "Digital Resilience Practice—Data Trust Guidelines Release Conference." The conference invited Taiwan Smart Cloud and several other companies and associations to gather and share a rich agenda centered on "trust," further enhancing the value of data in the industry.
