The FHIR Practice and Application Online Forum Series, led by FHIR experts, provides systematic instruction to help you gradually understand the application scenarios and operating methods of FHIR. Through standardized processes, you can quickly apply FHIR in real-world scenarios and effectively implement its applications.
This FHIR forum series will include four courses: 1. Basic introductory operation; 2. Demonstration scenarios of IoT applications; 3. Advanced FHIR retrieval and operation mechanism; 4. Sharing of practical cases of electronic medical record exchange.
In the fourth lesson, we will guide you through a practical case study of electronic medical record exchange, explaining the methods, content, and structure of data exchange after a standard format is established. We will also use TW Core IG as an example to analyze the operational scenarios.
| Lecturer: Dr. Hsiu-An Lee, Deputy Secretary-General of the Taiwan Medical Informatics Association
You will learn:
● Core IG data standards, resource adoption, and form integration
● In-hospital electronic medical record (FHIR) data structure adoption/conversion process
● Using the electronic medical record exchange form as an example, a comparative explanation of the data structure is provided.
