Taiwan AI Cloud, together with the Taipei Exchange and PwC, launched the "AI Startup Startup Launch Program".

Taiwan AI Cloud today announced a partnership with Ubilink AI Co., Ltd. to launch one of the few on-demand AI computing services in Taiwan based on NVIDIA’s Hopper architecture — the U-T Cloud platform. Built upon the Ubilink AI computing center, the service is designed, deployed, and commercially operated by Taiwan AI Cloud, providing enterprises with an AI inference solution that balances high performance, cost efficiency, and local data sovereignty, while further strengthening Taiwan AI Cloud’s presence in the AI compute market.

Peter Wu, CEO of Taiwan AI Cloud, stated that “As AI evolves from experimentation and model training into large-scale inference and real-world operations, the key challenge for enterprises is no longer raw compute speed, but rather long-term stability and cost-efficient AI services.” He added, “The on-demand service jointly launched by Taiwan AI Cloud and Ubilink reflects the global ‘Neocloud’ trend — leveraging collaboration across multiple providers to deliver flexible compute resources that address enterprise needs for cost control, deployment agility, and local regulatory compliance, enabling AI applications to be successfully deployed in real business environments.”

As the global race for AI hardware and computing resources intensifies, enterprise investments often reach tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars. Organizations must carefully assess return on investment, technology iteration risks, and actual business requirements, resulting in many AI projects remaining at the evaluation or pilot stage.

Amid the global AI hardware and compute “arms race,” enterprise investments in AI infrastructure often reach tens or even hundreds of millions in capital expenditure. Organizations must carefully assess return on investment, technology iteration risks, and actual business demand, causing many AI initiatives to remain in evaluation or limited pilot phases. As a result, lowering upfront investment barriers through flexible, on-demand compute models has emerged as a critical option for future enterprise AI strategies. As model training becomes increasingly mature, the focus of AI development is shifting from research to real-world deployment. Enterprises are embedding AI into core business processes to deliver real-time services, driving sustained, high-frequency inference workloads. Compute is no longer a project-based resource, but a foundational infrastructure that directly impacts service reliability, user experience, and long-term operating costs. Limited-Time Offer Accelerates Enterprise Adoption of AI Inference To help enterprises accelerate their transition into AI inference applications, Taiwan AI Cloud is offering a limited-time promotion for the U-T Cloud platform. Customers who apply before February 28 will receive 35% off for the first three months, followed by a continued 20% discount, enabling organizations to deploy AI inference services earlier with greater cost flexibility.
