Taiwan AI Cloud (stock code 7735), established in 2021, is a joint venture between ASUS Group and the government. It launched Asia's first commercial AIHPC supercomputer, dedicated to building a "sovereign AI" digital ecosystem. Leveraging over 8 years of full-stack AI foundry capabilities and experience, Taiwan AI Cloud provides AI infrastructure integration, model and application value-added services, and cross-domain computing power scheduling and operation management, assisting governments, enterprises, and startups in achieving autonomous, secure, and scalable AI capabilities. Through its AI supercomputing accelerator program, it promotes industry co-creation, accelerates the implementation of innovative applications, and has become a leading brand in accelerating Taiwan's AI development, empowering global sovereign AI.

Taiwan AI Cloud Co., Ltd. (Taiwan Smart Cloud), established in 2021, originated from a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework, jointly promoted by ASUS Group and the government. Achievements and Milestones

Taizhi Cloud is the only vendor in the market that can simultaneously provide three major AI infrastructure technology options: Kubernetes, Slurm, and OpenStack, fully covering AI training, inference, private cloud, and sovereign AI scenarios, helping governments and enterprises build the most suitable AI platform architecture according to different scales and governance needs. The core team at Taiwan Abrahams has over 8 years of experience in AI infrastructure construction and technology development. Combining the resource advantages of the ASUS Group, they participated in the construction of the national-level supercomputer "Taiwan Sugi-2" in 2018, which ranked 20th in the global TOP500 and 10th in the Green500, creating the best record in the history of Taiwan's supercomputers and demonstrating world-class technical strength and energy efficiency. To date, they continue to participate in many large-scale projects. Currently, Taiwan has 10 large-scale supercomputer systems listed in the global TOP500, with a total high-performance computing power (Rmax) of approximately 208.60 PFLOPS. The computing power of the systems that Taiwan Abrahams has participated in accounts for approximately 761 TP3T of the total computing power of Taiwan's listed supercomputers, including the "Crystal 26" AI supercomputer construction project, which is the largest in Taiwan.

Full-stack AI Foundry Service and Engineering Capabilities

Leveraging its years of experience in AI infrastructure development, Taiwan AI Cloud, in the wave of generative AI, provides a complete one-stop solution for full-stack AI foundry, encompassing three core businesses: computing power infrastructure construction and integration services (Foundation Suite), model and application value-added services (AFS Suite), and computing power resource management and scheduling services (Control Suite). This helps build a governable, scalable, and long-term operable AI system, fully realizing sovereign AI with autonomous control over data, models, and computing.

Accelerating the AI Ecosystem

Taiwan AI Cloud actively supports government initiatives and established Taiwan's first AI Supercomputing Accelerator in 2023. Selected for the 2023–2024 SME Accelerator Program, it provides startups with resources to optimize technology and expand markets. Through ASUS Group and partner networks, we facilitate investments that advance Taiwan's AI industry. In under two years, we have supported over 60 AI startups and established the AIGC Supercomputing Accelerator in Startup Terrace Kaohsiung to help Taiwan's content industry embrace AI transformation. In 2024, we launched the AI Supercomputing Innovation Consortium, bringing together industry leaders, AI startups, venture capital, and AI accelerators. Through a "Industry AI + AI Industry" co-creation model, we are committed to building a thriving AI ecosystem and positioning Taiwan as a key driver of AI development in Asia.
