Joe Xie has many years of experience in leading the growth of a company. He has headed the ASUS Motherboard and Desktop Business Group and led the open business groups and AIoT-related businesses, such as boards, peripherals, robotics and smart home solutions, and health business development. He is also the Vice President of the Global Open Platform Business Group. He is the soul of ASUS Group in digital technology, and AIoT innovation and development.

From 2018 to 2020, Peter led Taiwan's largest AI supercomputer project, achieving its highest-ever ranking of 20th in the TOP500. The project was later spun off with the government into Taiwan AI Cloud Corporation, becoming the first commercial AIHPC supercomputer cloud service provider in the Asia-Pacific.

He is also the leader of the computing facilities group. He has been actively conceptualizing AIHPC system requirements from the time he started to lead the AI foresight project to build a world-class computing field. He recruited the core personnel of the Taiwan AI Cloud platform's construction and operation teams to join the company's operations. He is aiming for the highest quality of service and serves as a role model for the employees with his dedication.
