Revenue is projected to exceed 2.5 billion by 2025, officially ushering in a new era of profitability.
Taiwan AI Cloud Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taiwan AI Cloud", stock code: 7735) today announced that it will be officially listed on the Emerging Stock Market on May 29, marking a new milestone in the capital market. As a full-stack AI infrastructure and computing power value-added service provider under the ASUS Group, Taiwan AI Cloud has benefited from the strong demand from large customers for AI computing centers and infrastructure. In 2025, its revenue reached NT$2.583 billion, an increase of nearly 2001 TP3T year-on-year; net profit after tax was NT$135 million, with earnings per share of NT$4.14, officially entering the profit-making stage. In the future, it will continue to focus on the key needs of government and enterprise sovereign AI, providing long-term and stable AI computing engineering and operation services, strengthening the independent capabilities of Taiwan's AI industry, and actively expanding into overseas markets.
Joe Hsieh, Chairman of Taiwan AI Cloud, stated, "ASUS Group has long been committed to AI, high-performance computing, and emerging computing technologies. Through national-level science and technology projects and supercomputer construction, Taiwan AI Cloud has accumulated rich supercomputing capabilities and operational experience. This listing on the Emerging Stock Market symbolizes that Taiwan's AI industry is extending from its hardware supply chain advantages to a new landscape of hardware and software integration, AI infrastructure operation, sovereign AI services, and enterprise application implementation. Looking ahead, Taiwan AI Cloud will become a core player in the Group's AI infrastructure construction and strategic layout, continuously building an independent, trustworthy, and internationally competitive sovereign AI industry ecosystem."
Since its establishment in 2021, Taiwan AI Cloud's main businesses have covered "computing infrastructure" (AI computing infrastructure construction and integration services), "computing value-added" (AI model and application value-added services), and "computing scheduling" (AI computing resource management and scheduling services). It combines full-stack AI foundry technology capabilities, automated computing management platform, and the trust foundation of sovereign AI system to create a one-stop service model from AI computing center construction, platform operation, resource scheduling to model application implementation. This is different from traditional contractors (EPC) or general system integrators (SI) who mostly focus on hardware delivery or single-point IT construction.
Peter Wu, General Manager of Taiwan AI Cloud, pointed out: "The construction and operational efficiency of AI infrastructure, as well as the ability to implement AI inference and agent applications, have become key to the adoption of AI by governments and enterprises. Furthermore, the trustworthiness and compliance emphasized by 'sovereign AI' are crucial foundations for government digital governance and enterprise AI transformation. Taiwan AI Cloud will focus on government and enterprise sovereign AI as its two axes, comprehensively strengthening its computing infrastructure, value-added capabilities, and scheduling capabilities. We will also continue to invest in the research and development of AI agent integration of physical processes, automated resource scheduling, data governance, and trust technologies to help customers build trustworthy, governable, and scalable AI infrastructure and smart applications."
In 2025, Taiwan AI Cloud's revenue reached NT$2.583 billion, a significant increase of approximately 198.51 TP3T compared to the previous year, and it successfully turned a profit, reflecting the rapid expansion of demand for AI computing centers and infrastructure. Short-term growth momentum mainly comes from large-scale AI computing center and infrastructure projects; in the medium to long term, it will gradually expand to computing power operation, resource scheduling, AI model deployment, and platform services, increasing the proportion of high-value-added and recurring revenue. Facing the high demand growth in the global AI agency market, Taiwan AI Cloud launched the "AFS Suite" enterprise sovereign AI service, which can also be seen as an important strategic move for the company to extend from AI infrastructure to long-term operation and high-value-added AI services.
After listing on the Emerging Stock Market, Taiwan AI Cloud has pledged to strictly abide by the relevant regulations for publicly listed companies and to take the capital market as a new stage to further deepen its full-stack AI outsourcing infrastructure service capabilities. It looks forward to working with all stakeholders to create outstanding achievements and jointly promote the vigorous development of Taiwan's AI industry.
