ASUS, together with National Chiao Tung University and Guandu Hospital, operated by Taipei Veterans General Hospital, jointly held the "Cloud-based Smart Hospital Seminar and Collaborative R&D Signing Ceremony" to explore the new concept of digital transformation for hospitals from the perspectives of cloudification, service-oriented approach, and data-driven approach.
The collaboration aims to build Taiwan's first fully cloud-based medical information system, creating cross-domain, personalized healthcare services. The goal is to complete the hospital-wide system upgrade by 2024 and use cloud technology to establish a community care model centered on Guandu Hospital, serving approximately 50,000 people in the Guandu area.
