Taiwan Smart Cloud, Taiwan Mobile, and NVIDIA jointly hosted the first "AIHPCcon Taiwan AI Supercomputing Conference".
AIHPC is a powerful tool for developing high-performance AI computing. To share the latest AIHPC technologies, applications, and trends, Taiwan Smart Cloud (TWCC), in collaboration with Taiwan Mobile and NVIDIA, hosted the first "AIHPCcon Taiwan AI Supercomputing Conference," showcasing the high-speed computing performance and technology of TWCC's new guardian supercomputer, "Shanian"—Taiwan Shanian 2. The event brought together industry elites, AI technology developers, and data scientists. Lee Shih-kuang, Chairman of the Taiwan Cloud & IoT Industry Association, and Hsu Shih-chang, Vice Chairman of ASUS, were invited as opening guests. Wu Han-chang, General Manager of ASUS Cloud & TWCC, and Chiu Li-meng, Global Vice President and General Manager of NVIDIA Taiwan, shared the latest AIHPC technology trends, helping businesses quickly grasp AI digital development opportunities.

ASUS Vice Chairman Hsu Shih-chang stated, "We expect Taiwan AI Cloud to maximize the benefits of AIHPC and become a driving force for industrial innovation and upgrading in Taiwan."
ASUS Vice Chairman Hsu Shih-chang stated, "Taiwan Smart Cloud possesses locally operated and technologically independent digital infrastructure, and is deploying AI-driven Web3.0 applications such as big data, blockchain, and metaverse. We expect Taiwan Smart Cloud to become a foundry in the AI field, maximizing the benefits of AIHPC, providing stronger resources for the AI development capabilities of industries and startups, and becoming an important driver of industrial innovation and upgrading in Taiwan."
Established in 2021, the Taiwan Smart Cloud team leverages Taiwan's Sugon II platform to provide the industry's largest AIHPC high-speed computing power and various cloud platform tools. This assists in high-performance cross-node computing, rapid execution of large-scale applications, and seamless integration with 5G, blockchain, and other technologies for rapid development. It boasts advantages such as security, high performance, low barriers to entry, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) benefits. Many challenges currently facing Taiwanese industries, such as the increasing demand for high-speed computing in system performance and development environments, and the continuous accumulation of massive amounts of data, can be overcome using AIHPC. This will accelerate the development of AI startups across various fields, realizing the industrialization of AI and the AI-driven transformation of industries.

ASUS Cloud and Taizhi Cloud General Manager Wu Hanzhang shared the latest AIHPC technology trends to help enterprises quickly grasp AI digital development opportunities.
This year's Taiwan AI Supercomputing Conference features sessions on "AIHPC Platform Tools," "Hybrid Cloud and 5G Services," and "Industry User Sharing," offering a rich array of presentations on technological advancements and business applications. The conference also invites Dr. Wen-Nan Chan, a digital transformation expert, to moderate the forums, engaging industry and academic representatives in discussions about the new wave of business opportunities in AIHPC supercomputing applications and sharing insights on the diverse connections and integration of cutting-edge technologies.
