In early 2019, DeepQ and Changhua Christian Hospital launched the medical care chatbot "Dr. Lan". To enhance the service functions of "Dr. Lan", DeepQ used the computing power of AIHPC to train more than 800 medical interpretation items through deep learning of natural language processing (NLP). The training task, which originally required about 10 days to complete, can now be completed in as little as 1.5 days by using cross-node parallel computing capabilities, which is 6.7 times faster than the original training time.
