Taiwan AI Cloud, together with the Taipei Exchange and PwC, launched the "AI Startup Startup Launch Program".

The "AI Startup Launch Program" (hereinafter referred to as the Program), jointly established by Taiwan AI Supercomputing Accelerator, OTC Exchange, and PwC Taiwan to support AI startups in Taiwan, held a press conference on April 18 (114) to launch the program. After a period of preparation and discussion on investment mechanisms, selection criteria and guidance content, the Program announced on July 23 that it would begin accepting applications.

This program will be coordinated and promoted by Taizhiyun AI Supercomputing Accelerator. CEO Chou Ping-hui stated that the program focuses on four core areas: first, Taizhiyun will provide top-tier AI computing resources and technical support; second, it will facilitate matching opportunities between enterprises and potential clients; third, it will collaborate with PricewaterhouseCoopers to assist enterprises in improving their corporate governance systems; and fourth, it will assist in applying for fundraising opportunities on the ChiNext board. Through comprehensive support in technology, funding, and professional guidance, the program will help enterprises strengthen their AI application capabilities and comprehensively enhance their market competitiveness.

AI startups wishing to join the program should complete the preliminary interview application form on the event's official website and attach their company's business plan. The Taizhiyun AI Supercomputing Accelerator working group will arrange one-on-one interviews. Selected companies will then formally enter the program after initial evaluation. Selected AI startups will receive comprehensive support resources jointly provided by the OTC Market, Taizhiyun, and PwC, including OTC Market guidance courses, business or investment matching opportunities, business model guidance, letters of intent for investment, technical guidance, and accounting guidance on establishing basic accounting and internal control systems. These resources will help accelerate the growth of AI startups.

The Taipei Exchange (TPEx) stated that, in response to the Financial Supervisory Commission's (FSC) "Asian Asset Management Center" plan to expand investment in Taiwan—specifically, to increase investment in venture capital and startups—the TPEx launched the "Startup Board Plus" program earlier this year. This program aims to assist SMEs at all stages of growth in steadily entering the capital market. Specifically tailored for AI startups, this program will provide selected Taiwanese AI startups with comprehensive support in computing power, technology, funding, market access, and institutional development, creating a golden environment for their growth. AI startups across Taiwan are welcome to apply.
